How it decides
It draws a ladder with random horizontal rungs between vertical lines (players). You descend from a player and cross sideways whenever you meet a rung, arriving at one outcome. Set anywhere from 2 to 12 players with the buttons. The middle of the ladder is covered, so nobody can trace the result in advance; tap a player and only that path is drawn in their color, revealing where it lands. Open players one by one, or use Reveal all to see every path and pairing at once.
Is it fair?
The rungs are re-placed at random every time, and each player maps to a distinct outcome (paths never collide). So it's unbiased for ordering, prizes, or penalties. Hit Reshuffle ladder for a fresh board at any time, so no one can predict the result.
