How it decides
It draws a ladder with random horizontal rungs between vertical lines (players). You descend from a player and cross sideways whenever you meet a rung, arriving at one outcome. Tap a player and the path lights up, showing exactly where it lands.
Is it fair?
The rungs are re-placed at random every time, and each player maps to a distinct outcome (paths never collide). So it's unbiased for ordering, prizes, or penalties. Hit Reshuffle ladder for a fresh board at any time, so no one can predict the result.
Good for
- Deciding who pays for lunch or coffee
- Assigning turns for presenting or chores
- Splitting teams or seating
Add as many outcomes as players (missing ones fill with a question mark). Your names and outcomes are never uploaded — everything runs in your browser. For a plain random draw, try the picker in the Lotto Number Generator & Random Picker.
