Convert at live rates
Enter an amount, pick two currencies, and it converts instantly. It supports major currencies — USD, KRW, JPY, EUR, CNY and more — and the middle button swaps the from/to currencies. Rates come from the European Central Bank (ECB) reference set, and the reference date is shown on screen.
Why it differs from your bank
These are market reference rates. When you actually buy or sell at a bank, exchange booth, or card network, a fee and spread are added, so the rate you get is less favorable than the reference. Use this to estimate roughly how much — and check the posted rate of your provider for the exact amount.
Update frequency and offline use
Reference rates update once per business day (weekends and holidays keep the last value). Once loaded, the rate is cached in your browser, so a brief loss of connection still lets you convert with the last rate. Your amount is never uploaded.
